Screw Pump

A positive displacement pump with a metallic single helical rotor and a fixed double helical resilient polymer stator. As the rotor turns inside the stator, cavities progress from suction to discharge, gently carrying the media without pulsation.

Applications

• Suitable for handling viscous, abrasive, shear-sensitive, or multiphase fluids

• Gentle transfer without agitation or aeration

• Common in wastewater, chemicals, food processing, oil & gas, and general industries
